Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by PROFAM Gayrimenkul Yönetimi A.Ş. (“PROFAM” or the “Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below. PROFAM is the legal entity responsible for the management and operation of ANKAmall Shopping Center.

As this website has no membership, account, or contact form, identity or contact details such as your name, phone number, or email are not collected through the site. Only the following automatically generated data, strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site, is processed:

• Technical connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type.
• Access logs: pages visited, date and time of access, referring address.

If you contact us by phone or email, the information you share is used solely to respond to your request and is not automatically stored by this site.

• Providing the website securely and without interruption.
• Improving the site's performance and accessibility.

Data is collected automatically during your visit (server and access logs). It is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the periods prescribed by applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; and, where conditions are met, request its deletion or destruction.
• Request that correction/deletion actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.

Your application should include your full name, national ID number, address for notification, email and phone if any, and the subject of your request. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest; where a separate cost is required, the tariff set by the Board applies.
